This is our very first new car and the prospect of finding and purchasing the one we wanted was somewhat daunting from the outset. However our first meeting with Dean Matthews in Eastbourne, quite by chance, was a revelation; he was courteous, friendly and without pressure advised us expertly of our options about owning a new Vauxhall car. This resulted in our decision to set up a meeting with Dean to discuss this in more detail with the possibility of buying. We immediately liked his personality and the quality and choice of cars on offer; this he explained to us with our best interests in mind and not with a 'sales pitch quota' attitude. After deliberating over the weekend and feeling very re-assured that we were buying the right car we went ahead and ordered our Corsa Turbo. Dean did all the rest while continually offering us terrific customer service with phone calls and further meetings. We collected our car on 19th March and again Dean spent two hours with us guiding us through the final transaction: We are very pleased and love the car and the support that Vauxhall have so far given us; the car will no doubt be our perfect partner for years to come.
